Sagmal is a macOS application for dictation and AI-assisted workflows. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Data we process
- Account data (email, name) via Clerk for authentication.
- Audio you record and any context you attach (screenshot, selection, files).
- Usage metadata (request counts, durations) for billing and abuse prevention.
- Payment data via Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Zero data retention
Audio and prompts are proxied through our backend to vendors (ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic) and discarded after the response is returned. Vendors operate under zero-retention agreements where available.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from your account page. Email privacy@sagmal.app with questions.
